I am SO excited to announce that the first major giveaway done on this blog was a success! It wouldn't have worked without Cindy Revuelto's new blog! I'm sure the name sounds super familiar to you because Cindy and I used to share this blog together but she has also created her very own blog! Don't you worry though, she will still be around this place helping me guest blog and fixing all the technological kinks I have trouble with! :-) Haven't checked out her new blog yet? And for a little freak out/happy dance/panic attack moment, umm....how are there only 8 weeks left in this school year?! Every single year I feel like the year flies by faster and faster! I'm going to be sad to see my sweet little friends go up to 2nd grade, but I'm already proud of how far they've come. But just like every year, it's CRUNCH TIME! Time to take a look back and see what things still need some more attention. I'm interested to know....how do you spend your last few months of school? Obviously we all have school or district assessments to give for the end of the year, but is there anything you do (or a unit you use) to do a skills review at the end of the year?
And because my crazy brain is already thinking ahead, I'm working on some exciting new polka dot classroom stuff, so make sure you check back!
